do you know where coffee beans were discovered?
Coffee beans were first discovered in Ethiopia, Africa so to pay homage to the origin of coffee Penny Brew works closely with their coffee roasters to choose beans from within the African diaspora.
The Penny Brew storefront will house a small batch-roasting machine; inducting them into the "Made in DC" family. Bringing more life to the term “farm-to-table” the coffee beans will be imported directly from locations within the African Diaspora and brought to life through the roasting process. Penny Brew will adhere to all Fair Trade standards to ensure the Farmers are directly connected to the profitability.
